A retired piano teacher, she had lived in Seadrift for 58 years and was a member of Seadrift United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, of Seadrift; two sons, Winston L., of Houston, and E. Kent, of Kansas City, Kan.; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
