Mrs. Euna Fountain Creel, 86, of Biloxi, MS died Saturday, October 11, 2003, in Biloxi. Mrs. Fountain was a native and lifelong resident of Biloxi. She was a member of St. John Catholic Church and served on the Altar Society.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis R. "Junius" Creel, her parents, Raymond and Idonia Groue Fountain, a granddaughter, Sarah Ann Creel, a great-granddaughter, Kara Ann Currie, two sisters, Rose Mae Howell and Regina Seymour and three brothers, Dewey Fountain, Ralph Fountain and Roosevelt Fountain.
Survivors include four sons, Wayne Creel and his wife, Genevieve, of Biloxi, Junius R. Creel, Sr. and his wife, Sylvia, Dale Creel, Sr. and his wife, Sharon, and Terry Creel, Sr. and his wife Donna, all of N. Biloxi, nineteen grandchildren and twentythree great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Monday, October 13, 2003, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi with a Rosary at 7 p.m.
An 11 a.m. Mass will be Tuesday at St. John Catholic Church in Biloxi where friends may visit one hour before service time. Burial will be in D'Iberville Memorial Park.
The family extends special thanks to the staff of Quality Hospice of the Gulf Coast, Inc. and to her caregivers, Joan Gaines and Izolia Johnson.
