SELMER - Vallie Allene Gray, 82, homemaker, died of congestive heart failure Saturday at Hillhaven Convalescent Center in Cordova. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Shackelford Funeral Home here with burial in Lake Hill Memory Garden in Bethel Springs.
She was a member of Second Baptist Church of Selmer. Mrs. Gray, the widow of Robert Gray, leaves two daughters, Betty Lewis of Selmer and Jean Kolbe of Lebanon; a son, Maynard Gray of Cordova; two sisters, Maylene Moore of Selmer and Jessie Alexander of Cooter, Mo., six grandchildren, a stepgranddaughter and eight great-grandchildren.
