Mr. Anderson and his wife, who left Moline about six years ago, were visiting their son, Irving Jr., in Moline. Mr Anderson was the operator of a frozen custard store in Salt Lake City.
Mr. Anderson was born Jan. 29, 1897 in Moline, the son of George and Hulda Anderson. He attended Moline schools and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Moline and a social member of the Moline Legion Post.
On Oct. 19, 1921 he married Jessie Settle in Moline.
Surviving are the widow; two sons, Irving Jr and Harold W., Salt Lake City; a daughter; Mrs. Betty Jean Pollard, Garden Grove, Calif.; two grandchildren; a brother, Willard F., Kansas City, Mo., and a half sister, mrs. Ella Peters, Davenport.
His parents and a sister preceded him in death.
