Benjamin Franklin was the son of Thomas and Mary (Starns) Stowe. He was married to: 1) Ova Murray on Oct 1, 1902 in Greer County, Oklahoma; they had a son Jessie H. About 1912 he married 2) Nora Bell Lay; they had 8 children: Nannie Mae (Davis), Vera Bell, Homer, Frank James, Marvin H. Raymond, Walter Wayne and Donald. Note: After their separation, Ova married (Unk) Knight and relocated with son Jessie to California.
