Flora Napier Hopkins Crabtree Allen Coker was born September 5, 1899 to William and Eva (Merrill) Napier at Rapid City. She was predeceased by husbands Ira Hopkins, Mack Crabtree and Harry Allen. Flora had three children Mae Hopkins, Robert Hopkins and Melvin Allen. She was step-mother to Agnes Hopkins and Dr. Lindy Allen. She had several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Flora and her husband Cecil Coker perished in the 1972 Rapid City Flood. She was a woman of great resilience and spirit and laughed often.
