Joplin Globe, Jane, MO - Mrs. Nora G. Coffee , 93, of Jane, Route 1, died at 8:25pm on December 21st at a nursing home in Bella Vista, AR, after an extended illness. Mrs. Coffee was born February 17, 1884, at Jane and resided there all of her life. She was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church, Jane. Surviving are five sons, Earl Coffee, Kansas City, Price Coffee, Bentonville, Ark., Ralph C. Coffee Lanagan, and Harvey Coffee and Truman Coffee both of Jane; two daughters, Mrs. Velma Townsend and Mrs. Ollidean Edwards both of Pineville; Mrs. Myrtle Cleveland, Lawton, Okla., Mrs. Maggie McCool, Pea Ridge, Ark., 23 grand children and a great-grand child. Services were at 10:30am on Friday Dec. 23rd at the Freewill Baptist Church. The Rev. Larry Jones officiated. Burial, under the direction of Ozark Funeral Home, Pineville, was in Jane Cemetery.
