Mr. Noah Byrd Dix, 54, of the Baptist Rehobeth section of Horry County died April 1, 1960. Mr. Dix was born in the Baptist Rehobeth section of Horry County Jan. 30, 1906, a son of the late Otis and May Thompkins Dix. He was a member of Rehobeth Baptist Church. Surviving are two brothers, William Dix, Myrtle Beach, and Coleman Dix, Rt.1 Galivants Ferry; a sister, Mrs. Robert Lilly, Rt. 2 Galivants Ferry.
