He was a Mesquite resident and retired from J.L. Long school where he was a teacher for 35 years. Travis served his country during WWII in the armys 10th Mountain Division. He is Survived by his wife of 60 years, Imogene Bell, his children Roger Bell and wife, Nelda of Rowlett, TX; Martha Cly and husband Jackie of Gilmer, TX; Robby Bell and wife Brenda of Richardson, TX; his brother Harold Bell and wife Helen of Dallas, TX; 7 grandchildren, 1 great-grand daughter. Visitation will be Sunday June 15, 2008 from 3-5 pm at Grove Hill Funeral Home. Services will be Monday, June 16, 2008 at 1 pm at The Dallas Central Church of The Nazarene, 7979 East RL Thornton Frwy; Dallas, TX 75228. Interment will follow at Mesquite City Cemetery Grove Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery 3920 Samuell Boulevard (214) 388-8887 Dignity Memorial
