Thelma Grace Douglass Newman and Viola Lenis Douglass Parker are Elizabeth Jane Douglass Fowers are FULL sisters, not just half siblings.
The reason this error probably occurred was because they were not in the famous family picture that was taken abt 1899. This was before Thelma & Viola was born. Their father passed in 1904 and there was not a family photo that included Thelma & Viola. Thelma is my Grandmother.
