She married Elijah Whitney on Sept. 17, 1840 in Randolph, North Carolina
They had 3 children :

Mary Ann Elizabeth Whitney

If Elizabeth died Mar 9, 1947, she would have been 22 yrs, mos. Ancestry.Com says she died Mar 9, 1849, which would make her 25 yrs. 3 mos. If anyone has proof of either, please contact me.
