Aaron Joseph Pfeffer, loving husband, stepfather, son, and brother, passed away on January 25, 2009. Funeral service will be held on Friday, January 30 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 29 from 4-7 p.m. at Landkamer Johnson-Boman Funeral Home and will continue one hour prior to services at the church. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.Aaron was born to Cheryl (Turbes) Pfeffer and Lawrence William Pfeffer on July 23, 1980, in Mankato. He attended Mankato Catholic Schools and was a member of Cub Scout Pack 171 and Boy Scout Troop 24 while growing up. He married Jennifer Minzel on September 20, 2008. Aaron volunteered with his dad and family friends at Rockin in the Quarry for the past few years. Aaron loved to spend time with his family and friends. He loved all types of music. He especially liked watching movies, cooking with his wife, and playing games with Bailey.Aaron had an infectious personality. He was always in a good mood, loved to laugh, had the most generous heart, which is why everyone always wanted to be around him. Friends and family will always remember and never forget him.Aaron is survived by his wife, Jennifer Pfeffer, and stepson, Bailey LaPatka; mother, Cheryl Pfeffer; father, Lawrence Pfeffer; brother, Christopher Pfeffer (Astryd deMichele); and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jerome and Arlene Turbes and William and Della Pfeffer and mother-in-law, Mary Anne Minzel.
