Mr. Johnston had followed garage work in Duncansville m ost of his life and more recently conducted a filling station.
He was the son of David and Emma Johnston and was born in Duncnasville on Aug. 30, 1910. He was united in marriage with Miss Dorothy Wilt of Duncansville, who survives, with two sons, Paul Sharon and Lynn Franklin, both at home; his father and three brothers, David, Jr. and Earl, both of Duncansville, and Roy of Sunnyvale, Calif.
The body was taken to the home of his father-in-law, Frank Wilt, one-half mile west of Duncansville, where friends are being received. Services will be held here at 2:30 p.m. Monday by Rev. G. B. Harman. Interment at Carson Valley Cemetery.
