The only source using the last name Costella is this gravestone and Find-a-Grave on ancestry.com. All other source documents for William Edward use Costello. His father's last name goes back and forth between the two so I'm sure it may have been at some point, but I cannot find William's birth record. All other official documents show Costello. His sister's last name at birth was Costella so I'm not saying it's not possible his last name was Costella at birth, but I seriously doubt it was at death. Therefore, Cordelia's last name would be Costello.
