George W. Brunts b. 1852 in MO mar. Eva Sarah Alder 2 Feb 1884. Eva was b. 21 Apr 1864. She is the dau. of William Silcott Alder & Margaret E. Birkitt. Eva d. 4 Apr 1939. George died 26 May 1922. Their children:
i. Myrtle Brunts b. 19 Feb 1886 d. 6 Jul 1981, mar. A K Thomas 22 Aug 1905
ii. Earl Alder Brunts b. 15 Apr 1888, d. 4 Apr 1963
iii. Floyd L. Brunts b. 20 Jun 1890
iv. Hiram G. Brunts b. Aug 1892, d. 1923; never married.
v. Carroll C. Brunts b. Nov 1894, mar. Florence Sisson 14 Jun 1915.

George W. Brunts was born in Plutto county, Missouri, November 4th, 1852, and died at his home in Council Grove, May 25, 1922. He was baptized in the M.E. church near Cummings, Kansas in this union was born six children, five sons and one daughter, Earl, of Council, Grove, Floyd S. of Dallas, Texas, Hiram G, of Red Banks, Cole., Garrol C. of Osawatomie, and Mrs. A.K. Thomas of Council Grove, all of these children with his wife survive.
