Iva Zimmer was the youngest daughter of Myron Zimmer and Mable Holbrook. She was married to Victor Hall. They had no children. I know of only one place that they lived and that was Virgil Street of Binghampton, New York. Aunt Iva was really cool. She use to try to sound so mean, but she was so sweet. Even after my Grandmother passed away my grandfather always went to visit her and Uncle Vic when we went to New York. Aunt Ivy was my grandmother's ,Mother "Lena's" youngest sister.
