Graveside services for Lillian Lucille Harrod, age 89, of the Soda Community, will be held 2:00 PM Sunday at Bluewater Cemetery, with Rev. Rex Hendrix officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday Evening from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pace Funeral Home.
Lillian was a member of First Baptist Church of Livingston. She retired from the Livingston Independent School District, and loved gardening and quilting. She is preceded in death by her Father Byrd Moore and Mother Christaney Bethany Sumrall Moore, her husband, Ernest Harrod, Son-in-law, Olan Snook, four brothers and five sisters.
She is survived by her daughter Nina L. Snook of Soda, Grandsons; David L. Burns and wife Melinda, Steven Burns and wife Tina, Terry Burns and wife Terri. Great-grandchildren; Gillian Carr and Husband Jason, Sargeant Cody Burns, USMC and wife Jennifer, Callie Burns, Erin Barnes and husband Jeremiah, Decial Burns and Peyton Burns. Great-great granddaughters; Ella Rose Carr, Aubery Barnes and Addison Barnes. One sister Inez Preshaw.
