Mrs. Ellen [Helen Hutchison] Burt, of Armstrong, died Wednesday [August 7, 1895] of last week. The Journal says: Mrs. Burt came to this county with her husband in 1865 and has lived here ever since.. The cause of her death is said to be paralysis of the brain. She has been ailing for a long time but was not seriously ill until last Friday, since which time she has gradually grown worse until death came to relieve her at about noon Wednesday. She was 75 years old and leaves a husband and a number of children to mourn the loss of a loving wife and fond mother.
