ERMA TYLER
Services for Erma Tyler, 76, of 118 Thomas Street in Rock Springs were held Tuesday, May 14, at the Rest Haven Memorial Gardens. Rev. David Wade officiated.
She was born in Victor, Colo. Oct. 28, 1908, the daughter of the late William and Minnie Meacham Alva. She attended schools in Victor, and Rock Springs and married Elmer Tyler in Green River July 25, 1925. He preceded her in death in 1968. She was a member of the First Congregational Church, the Neighbors of the Woodcraft and the American Legion Auxiliary.
Survivors include one son, Kenneth G. Tyler of Rock Springs; two daughters, Mrs. Edmund (Shirley) Forni and Mrs. Jack (Betty) Wagner, both of Glen Burnie, Md.; eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Tyler was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.
