Born May 10, 1938 in Rushville, she was the daughter of Jess and Lula (Flannery) Pea, both deceased. She married William L. Nester Sept. 15, 1956; he survives.
Mrs. Nester was a homemaker.
Survivors in addition to her husband include one brother, Lewis Pea of Rushville; and many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Todd Funeral Home in Rushville with Pastor John Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow in Rushville's East Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
