Aaron Bratton of 1305 E. Wood was pronounced dead on arrival at Henry County General today at 8 AM shortly after he had reported for work. He was 47.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete. The body is at Ridgeway Morticians who will be in charge of arrangements.
He was born Oct. 19, 1921 in Henry County the son of the late Albert Bratton and Gertrude Bratton who survives. He was married to the former Armilda Salmon and she survives. He was a carpenter; he was a veteran of World War II.
Besides his mother and wife he leaves two daughters, Glenda Carol and Mary Angeline Bratton, both of Paris; one son, Robert Wesley Bratton of Paris; one sister, Miss Sallie Bratton of Paris and two brothers, Fred Thomas Bratton of Paris and W. Elvis Bratton of Cottage Grove.

Funeral services for Aaron W. Bratton will be held Friday at 2:30 PM at LeDon Chapel. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery. Ridgeway Morticians will be in charge of all arrangements. The body is at the funeral home.
Mrs. Bratton died Wednesday morning enroute to the hospital. He was stricken shortly after reporting to work. He was 47.
Survivors include his mother; his wife; two daughters; one son; one sister; three brothers, Fred Thomas Bratton of Paris, W. Elvis Bratton of Cottage Grove and Jessie Bratton of Waverly. He was a carpenter and was a veteran of World War II.
