Arthur's middle name was Chesterfield. He died August 20, 1958 in Lafayette Parish, LA at the age of 58. According to his WWI draft registration card, he was born January 7, 1890 in Alexandria, Rapides Parish, LA. That DOB agrees with his death certificate, but I wasn't able to locate his 1900 census record. As told to me by email by Ron Manley
