Harold Ballor was born in Fraser Township on February 27, 1927, to the late Edward and Amanda (McTevia) Ballor. He married the former Darlene Castanier on May 22, 1981 in Bay City, and she survived him.
Buck Ballor was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving during WW II.
He was a member of St. Anne Church and life time member of the V.F.W Post #6950.
In addition to his wife, Harold Ballor was survived by his children, Elizabeth C. Dugan, John T. Ballor, Robert L. Ballor, Rosanne Schenks, Suzette Haxton; 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; his little buddie Brett, 2 sisters Lena Campbell and Peggy Hanson.
He was predeceased by a daughter Lischa McKenzie, 3 brothers Roy Ballor, Leonard Ballor and James Ballor and a sister Audrey Fry.
Funeral: St. Anne Church with Rev. Fr. Jerzy Dobosz presiding. Interment at St. Anne Cemetery, graveside services under the auspices of Standish VFW and American Legion Post #104.
