OLD TOWN - Clarissa DeNuccio, 92, died unexpectedly Feb. 22, 2000. She was born July 23, 1907, in East Millinocket, the daughter of Maxim and Clarissa (Lizotte) LeGasse.
She is survived by a son, Edward M. Cyr of Cocoa Beach, Fla., three grandchildren, Jeffrey Cyr of Virginia, Gregory Cyr of North Carolina, and Jonathan Cyr of Virginia; two great-grandchildren, Meghan Cyr and Emily Cyr, special cousin, Madeline Juran of New York; special nieces, Sandra Williams of Bangor, and Patricia Adams of East Millinocket; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by six sisters, Yvonne Thibodeau, Leona Moscone, Lillian McMahon, Ethelyn Montgomery, Maxine Panartos, Nadia Althizer.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Saturday at Holy Family Parish, Old Town, with the Rev. Normand Richard, celebrant. For those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Family Parish Building Fund, 262 South Main St., Old Town 04468. Arrangements by Birmingham Funeral home, 287 South Main St., Old Town.
