The funeral of the late Mrs. Rozella Archer of West Martinsburg, was held from her late home last Wednesday at 1 p.m. At this time a large concourse of relatives and friends gathered to pay their last tribute of respect to one they had loved in life, and who will be so sadly missed from our midst. In the death of Mrs. Archer this community suffers the loss of a loving friend and neighbor. The church sustains a severe loss. The officiating ministers W. Brasie and Rev. W. Gardner, of Adams. Rev. Brasie - offered prayer and Rev. W. Gardner preached from the text found in 1 Cor. 2-9 and Rev. 21-4. In which he spoke of her loyalty to her church and the noble life she had lived. The choir sung "Nearer My God to Thee," "Safe In the Arms of Jesus" and "We'll Never Say Goodbye in Heaven." The bearers were her three sons, Darwin, Jesse, and Ray Archer, her nephews, Hugh and Ray Archer, and Nelson Seymour. The floral offerings were beautiful and spoke silently of the high esteem in which deceased was held. The relatives and friends from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Norman Bellinger, Barneveld; Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Bellinger, Rome; Mrs. Charles Owens, Utica; Mrs. John Wood, Gouverneur; Mr. and Mrs. George Greening, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Bellinger, Hiram and Walter Bellinger, Three Mile Bay. We extend our sincere sympathy to all relatives and friends.

How happy, happy I shall be
When pillowed on my Saviours breast.
Oh, the hope, the hope is sweet,
That we soon in Heaven may meet.
There we shall happy be,
Rest from pain and sorrow free.
