Wilma E. Stansell
Graveside services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, May 31, at Shady Grove Cemetery with the Rev. Fred Fangio officiating. The family receives friends 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
She was born March 30, 1918, the daughter of Albert Garfield and Sattie Bettie Stone Stansell in Lamar County.
She was an L.V.N. at McCuistion Hospital and was an avid reader.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Lois Dudley, and husband, Claudie, Edna Keener, and husband, Clinton, and Robbie Slaton, and husband, Buck; two brothers, Ralph Stansell, and wife, Loyce, and Melvin Stansell, and wife, Deloris, along with one nephew, James Stansell.
Survivors include nine cousins; six nephews and one niece.
Casket bearers include Glen David Keener, Mickey Keener, Gale Stansell, Kenneth McGuire, Gary Duke and Billy Slaton.
Jerry Dudley, Boyd Slaton, Roger Dudley, Yvonne Wilkins and Paul Stansell will serve as honorary casket bearers.
