ROYCE MELVIN FRAZIER, 69, of Memphis, formerly of Halls, Tenn., retired welder, died Monday at St. Joseph Hospital after a stroke. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Halls Funeral Home with burial in Friendship Cemetery. He was a member of Georgian Hills Baptist Church. Mr. Frazier, the husband of Lena Faye Curtis Frazier, also leaves a daughter, Brenda Crisman of Memphis; two sons, Gary Frazier of Atoka, Tenn., and Larry Frazier of Memphis; two sisters, Juanita Davis of Memphis and Helen Schaaf of Chicago; a brother, Bob Frazier of Memphis, eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
