Dora Jane Grannell,64 years old, died at 5 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the residence east of Sandcut.Surviving are the husband,Benjamin;seven daughters, Mrs.Fred Bailey of Terre Haute, Mrs.Clarence Lemmons of Prineton, Mrs. Harry Crouch of Thorntown, Mrs.Earl Vermillion of Terre Haute, Miss Ada Grannell of Terre Haute, Mrs.Eva Kersey of Terre Haute and Mrs.Roy Cox of New Goshen; twenty-seven grandchildren,seven great-grandchildren,two sisters,Mrs. Clara McGranaham of West Terre Haute and Mrs.Rose Scharf of Brazil,and one brother,Louis Lucas,of Terre Haute.Services were held at 2:30 o'clock Monday afternoon at the Sulphur Springs cemetery.
