Delbert L. Srack, (Srackangast) 38, of New York City, formerly of Kalamazoo, died Friday, Nov. 5, at Lennox Hill Hospital in New York, where he had been a patient for the past 7 weeks. He was born in Kalamazoo April 30, 1944, and had been a resident of New York since 1964. He was a self-employed hair stylist in New York City.' He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Allegan. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Jeanette C. Srackangast. of Gobles; 3 sisters, Ruth Starr of Polk City, Fla.; Karen Francis of San Jose, California, Alice Higgins of Kalamazoo; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold D. Srackangast, in 1980. Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Hoag Switzer Funeral Home with David Boyer, Branch President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Allegan, officiating.
