Sandra Murdock, 43, of Summerville, died Friday, April 16, 2004, at Trident Medical Center. Graveside funeral service will be held Sunday, April 18, 2004, at 3 o'clock at Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery, Dorchester. Friends may call at James A. Dyal Funeral Home, Summerville, from 7 until 9 o'clock this evening. Sandra was born February 19, 1961, in Bermuda, daughter of the late Malcolm Judson Murdock and Mary Evelyn Horne Murdock. She was a graduate of Summerville High School. She was a member of CD Round Up Dance Group. She worked for Environmental Engineering Naval Facility. She was Baptist. Surviving are: daughter, Lacy Lynn Thompson of Summerville; son, Derek Thompson of Summerville; granddaughter, Evelyn Grace Thompson of Summerville; brothers and sisters, Malcolm Murdock of Summerville, Shelia Salvo of Johns Island, David Murdock of Greenville, Kenneth Murdock of Moncks Corner, Richard Murdock of Dorchester, Sharon Smith of Summerville, Brenda Thomason of Summerville and Steve Murdock of Summerville.
