Celia Enoch Waggoner was the daughter of John Enoch & Nancy Shy. She married Jacob Waggoner, the son of Cornelious Waggoner, ca. 1830. Her tombstone inscription says she joined the Hogan's Creek Baptist Church on Sep 24, 1834 and that her final words were " I am dying-thank God, thank God". She was the mother of ten children.
