"Bill" Hobson, 72, of Iuka, Mississippi, a U.S. Air Force veteran who served from 1948-1954, and Pastor at Fifth Street Baptist Church in Iuka since 1979, went to be with his Lord on the morning of Tuesday, August 22, 2000, from Iuka Hospital following a prolonged illness. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, August 23, 2000, 5-9 p.m., at Cutshall Funeral Home, 302 North Pearl Street, Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for the afternoon of Thursday, August 24, at Fifth Street Baptist Church, officiated by Dr. Eddie Flowers and Pastor Tony Curtis.
