Julia A. Holly was the daughter of Nathan Holly and Cynthia Tillison. On 10APR1838 she married Abraham Gage, a widower who had these children by his first wife Hannah Olmstead: Edward (b.1828), Elizabeth (b.1831), Harvey (b.1833) and Irena (b.1837). Abraham died in 1850. A memory passed down the family of Lovel Fish was that after Samuel Fish married Julia in 1852, 17 people ate meals in their home. Then Samuel had two more children with Julia: Lyman (b.1854) and Norah (b.1857).
