Funeral Arrangements Not Yet Made For Life-Long Resident Who Died Last Night.
Mrs. Teresa Wilson, 76, died suddenly last night at 11 o'clock at her home at 426 Lexington avenue. Mrs. Wilson was born March 12, 1866 in Mecklenburg county, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ambrose B. Downs, and had lived all her life in this county. She was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian church. She was the widow of Thomas J. Wilson.
Surviving are four daughters, Miss Ada Wilson and Mrs. R. H. Dunbar, both of Charlotte; Mrs. L. D. Hall of Huntsville, Ala., and Mrs. Edwin B. Turner of Columbia, S. C.; two sons, Baxter Wilson of Charlotte and C. A. Wilson of Chicago, Ill., a sister, Mrs. A. J. McCachren of Charlotte, and 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements had not been made last night.
