Funeral services for Thos. C. Hawkins, 77, were held from the C.V. Steed Undertaking parlors this afternoon at three o'clock, wirh Rev. Howard Rogers officiating. Interment was in the Clovis cemetery.
Hawkins died at 2:00 a.m. Tuesday, following an illness of only a few hours.
He has lived in Clovis, at the home of his son J.L. Hawkins, since 1926, coming here from Floyd county, Texas. Besides his son, he is survived by one daugher, Mrs. R.C. Hooker, Decatur, Texas.
