Funeral services for Mrs. G. Q. Adams, 76 years of age, who died in Winnsboro February 24, were conducted at the Hurricane Grove Church near Sikes at 11 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. Bernice Dyess officiating.
Burial was in the church cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.
Mrs. Adams was the widow of the late Rev. G. Q. Adams who passed away several months ago. She is survived by one son, Lawson D. Brister of Baton Rouge; one sister, Mrs. Seba Peters, Winnsboro; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
