George W. Coleman, Sr., aged 68 years, died at a local hospital yesterday morning at 9:20. The body will be taken from the funeral apartments of H. C. Smith, 306 Bank Street, this morning and placed on the 7:40 Norfolk and Western train for Crewe, Virginia, where interment will take place.
The deceased is survived by his wife, of Crewe; two sons, George W. Coleman, Jr. and J. L. Coleman; three daughters, Mrs. James A. Corey, Mrs. Edward P. Warren, of Norfolk, and Miss Margaret Coleman of Crewe; one sister, Mrs. J. T. Cawthorn, of Appomattox, and one brother S. P. Coleman of Appomattox.
