Lucille B. Thompson, 84, died Feb. 1, 1995, in Hertford, N.C.
Mrs. Thompson was born in Smithfield, N.C. She was the widow of James Walter Thompson and was a member of Westminister Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Peggy Garrett of Norfolk, Sue Shaddeau of Hertford, N.C., and Betty Baehr of Orange Park, Fla.; a son, Billy Ray Thompson of Chesapeake; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. Edward Rayfield. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. Saturday.
