Services for Nettie Walker, 79, were held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Cooper Funeral Home Chapel in Tecumseh, Okla. with the Rev. Dan Terry, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial followed at Romulus Cemetery in Tecumseh. Local arrangements were by Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Walker was born in Cleveland County, Okla., and had lived in Borger since 1956. She was a retired employee of North Plains Hospital. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband, Joe; a son, Dick Walker of Red Oak; two daughters, Mrs. S. W. Long of Borger and Mrs. Frank Birdsell of Maramac, Okla.; a brother, Everett Cobb of Sacramento, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Olidean Montgomery of Tecumseh, Mrs. Gladys Buckmaster of Muskogee, Okla., and Mrs. Nadine Bledsoe of Arizona; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
