Funeral services for Miss Hazel Bacon, 67, of Kerrville are set for 2 p.m. Thursday, November 15, in the First Baptist Church of Frankston with the Rev. Gordon James officiating.

Burial will be in the Frankston City Cemetery under the direction of the Renfro-Falcon Funeral Home in Jacksonville.

Miss Bacon died in a Kerrville hospital Monday morning after an extended illness.

She was a native of Frankston, a retired teacher at West University School District in Houston, she was a member of the National Retired Teachers Association, Texas State Teachers Association--retired, Hill County Retired Teachers Organization charter member, College Women'S Bible Study Club and Beta Sigma Phi.

Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Lucille Beard of Pasadena and Mrs. Laura B. Colson of Frankston, and one brother, M.B. Bacon Sr. of Frankston.

The body will be in the home of Mrs. Colson in Frankston until 12:45 p.m. Thursday.
