OBIT: Capt. W.F. Connors. Capt. Walter F. Connors, 58, of 20 Crystal Avenue, died at the station hospital at Fort Bragg, N.C. Friday morning after seven months of serious illness. Funeral services will be held at Fort Bragg Monday at 9:30am Capt. Connors was connected with the local air base during the last war and until it was deactivated at which time he was transferred to Fort Bragg. Survivors in addition to his wife, Mrs. Kathryn Connors of 20 Crytal Avenue, are his mother and a sister of Hallock, Minn., and a brother, Leo Connors of Rahway, N.J. The body is at Jernigan Funeral Home in Fayetteville, N.C. Greenville New, Aug 5, 1951.
