MRS. L. THWING IS DEAD AT AGE OF 94
Mrs. Lucinda Thwing passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Kittie De Voe at 4:00 yesterday morning from infirmities of old age. She enjoyed splendid health for one of her age until about a month ago when she became weak and sank rapidly.
Mrs. Thwing was ninety-four years of age at the time of her death, She was born in New York in 1819. Being a widow for a good many years, she lived with her daughter, Mrs. K. De Voe at 540 Eighth street.
She leaves to mourn her loss, a daughter, Mrs. K. De Voe, a son, Luther Thwing, and a few distant relatives in the east.
The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 from the Engle undertaking parlors, Rev. Meeker officiating.
