The son of my ancestors, EDWARD & JOANNA (BUTLER) LARKIN, he married Hannah Remington on September 13, 1666. On June 18, 1674, he married Elizabeth, daughter of Francis Dowse & widow of Samuel Miles. Thomas died of smallpox.

In 1673 when his youngest sibling was of age, his mother deeded a portion of his father's estate to Thomas.
