She was born in Perry and was a graduate of Perry High. Her adult life was spent in Kansas City.
Surviving are a son William Irving Moss, Kansas City, Mo.; a daughter Marilyn a Clare Moss, Lincoln, Neb.; and brothers James Grinter, Oskaloosa, and Donald E. Grinter, Mission Hills.
Mrs. Moss was president of the Armourdale Association and the National Association of Refrigeration Warehousemen and former president of the women's division of the Kansas City Power Squadron. She served as superintendent of hostesses for Trans World Airlines from 1947 to 1952.
