Mr. Edward Harris, 68, 6984 Sawmill Rd., Perry Township, became the county's first 1954 fatal traffic accident victim, on Tuesday, January 5, in the accident on Rt. 23, south of Columbus. His wife, Ann, was in Mercy Hospital in 'fairly good' condition.
