Daughter of Ezra Conklin & Sarah Platt; wife of Ebenezer Prime [1775-1842]; they were married on 1 January 1805; Experience, a widow, was listed on the 1850 Census, Town of Huntington, Suffolk County, L. I.; she was probably born at Huntington; she died at Huntington; her death notice from the 14 September 1860 issue of the Huntington paper "Long Islander" states: "In this village, on the 12th inst. EXPERIENCE, widow of the late Ebenezer Prime (age not known). The funeral will be attended at the Presbyterian Church at 4 o'clock p.m., to-day (Friday)." For whatever reason the stone gives a date different from the newspaper account of her death.
