He was born January 17, 1932, in Malad, Idaho, to David Ariel Stone and Edna
Louise Gillgan Stone. He grew up in Pocatello and attended schools there. He
also attended the University of Idaho.
He lived in Pocatello for 31 years and moved to Dubois 45 years ago.
He was married and divorced. He worked as a truck driver and mechanic for the
Dubois Garage and then at the U. S. Government Sheep Experiment Station in
Dubois until his retirement.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed
going to the Senior Citizens Center for lunch. Clyde also liked camping,
fishing, family gatherings, and tinkering with cars.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 5, 2009, at the
Dubois LDS Beaver Creek Ward with Shane Jacobson officiating. The family will
visit with friends Sunday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N.
Ridge, Idaho Falls, and Monday from 1 to 1:45 p.m. at the church.
Burial will be in the Dubois Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
