DAINGERFIELD - Services for Clarence D. Brown will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 6, 2009, at Nail-Haggard Funeral Home, with the Revs. H.G. Hargrave and Scott Darby officiating. Interment will be in Clark Cemetery. Mr. Brown died January 1, 2009.
Born July 31, 1907, he had worked for the Department of Defense in Fort Worth, helped build two churches in Irving and attended Shady Grove Assembly of God Church in Grand Prairie. Survivors include his sons, J.D., Don and Herbert Brown; and daughters, Betty Johnson, Ann Ridenhour, Christine McMillan and Virginia Brown.
