BETHEL ACRES, Okla. - T.C. "Mac" McPherson, 74, a letter carrier who retired in 1981 after 32 years, died Monday in Oklahoma City.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Thursday at Roesch-Walker Funeral Home in Shawnee, Okla. Burial: Blackburn Chapel Cemetery in Bethel Acres.
T.C. McPherson was born July 23, 1921, in Burleson. He lived in Fort Worth until four years ago. He served in the 482nd School Squadron of the United States Army. He attended Bethel United Methodist Church.
Survivors: Wife, Dora O. "Sam" McPherson of the home; four stepsons and spouses, Ron and Joy Gunter, Don and Lunan Gunter and David and Amy Gunter, all of Fort Worth, and Doug and Karen Monkres of Dallas; stepdaughters and spouses, Laura and Charles Overstreet of Kennedale and Susan and Dennis Redwine of Shawnee, Okla.; and sister, Mavis Henry of Fort Worth.
