Funeral services for Elijah Thomas Warren, 67, of Rentz, were held Sunday afternoon at 3 00 from the Mt. Zion Baptist Church with the Rev Wallace Hawkins and the Rev. Foy Spivey Officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Mr. Warren died unexpectedly Saturday morning in a Warner Robins hospital. A native ol Laurens County, he had lived in Rentz most of his life and was a retired farmer and member of the Baptist denomination. Mr. Warren was the son of the late Reuben Warren and Sarah Register Warren of Laurens County.
